These are composed in Yin-Yang balance according to the Five Elements teachings.

    Application
    Pour boiling water over one teaspoon per cup or four teaspoons per litre and allow to steep for 5–10 minutes. The tea can be enjoyed several times a day in any quantity (also for children from approx. 5–7 years – for even younger children the tea should be diluted). The tea can be drunk either hot or cold.
