In Asian regeneration philosophy, there are “organ times”. This system explains that our organs and body functions are particularly active at certain times of the day. The formulation of the evening tea is composed for the evening organ times of the metabolism changeover as well as for the night organ times. The aim is to stimulate metabolic function and actively support the body in its regeneration processes overnight.

Product details
The herbal formulas of the Asian regeneration philosophy are known worldwide. However, plants originating from Asia are often very unusual for our region. Also: The best ingredients for our own natural regeneration is what grows locally. For this reason, Dr Alfred Gruber has specialised in the formulations of Asian herbal medicine with Western – mostly Swiss – herbs. This has resulted in various tea blends. These are composed in Yin-Yang balance according to the Five Elements teachings.

Pour boiling water over one teaspoon per cup or four teaspoons per litre and allow to steep for 5–10 minutes. The tea can be enjoyed several times a day in any quantity.
